When I called they put me through to Cathy who was beyond helpful! She took the time to go through all the pricing on a couple of different trucks. She was very pacient with us while we ran through different options. We finally decided on the Dodge Ram sport! She kept in contact through the whole process and always got back to us in a timely manner. We are over the moon happy with the customer service!! All of the paperwork was left ready and waiting for us with Bruno. Bruno talked more about life with my wife and I than he did about purchasing a vehicle. There was zero pressure and there was nothing phoney, as case be the case in car sales. Bond was polite, and was knowledgable with the financing end of things. Sal responded to my email very quick and the process went back and forth, me telling him what I wanted and he was so accommodating and basically gave me want I wanted. Ya I know what your thinking there has to be a catch, well no there wasn't. I went down and met Sal and discussed it further and he basically accepted my word on my trade. The reason I wanted another vehicle was I needed more power in the motor and they had what I was looking for. We made the deal and it was a pleasure and they are very professional and Sal has a lot of experience and there was no pressure at all. More
