Rushed and sneaky The first bill of sale that I signed at the time of ordering a new vehicle contained incorrect financing information (such as payment amount and tota The first bill of sale that I signed at the time of ordering a new vehicle contained incorrect financing information (such as payment amount and total cost of borrowing), then you come to get your vehicle and there's a new bill of sale with a higher amount which has warranties etc... by using that incorrect financing information in the first bill of sale to convince me that I am actually getting a better “deal”, when, in fact, it was not and this can be easily proven with simple calculations. They do it so that when you come back you are stuck, be careful Then it's explained in a way that you think you have ) 0% for your term to find out it is only for a year and then you have to negotiate loan again. Yes it is in the contract but you are so excited about your new vehicle and they rush you through it and skim over that part.. PLEASE BEWARE and no matter how excited you are do not sign your contract till you read every little thing thoroughly. I have read other reviews online and we are not the only ones this has happened to. Just wanted to warn others BE CAREFUL would hate you to be surprised after a year like we were. More

Best experience ever I was referred to Ryan by a good friend of mine. I found Ryan exceedingly helpful and not pushy at all. We had a specific car in mind that we found on I was referred to Ryan by a good friend of mine. I found Ryan exceedingly helpful and not pushy at all. We had a specific car in mind that we found on their web site, so it was all about negotiating a price. We got to a price just between the 2 of us, without going to the "manager" and at that point we left to think about it. As it happens it wasn't the exact trim level we wanted and found that at Ontario Chrysler. We went to Ontario Chrysler to look at that model, having Ryan's price in our pocket. The Ontario Chrysler was the worst experience of my life, they did not want to sell me a car, let me walk out with zero negotiating and basically said "good luck getting the price Ryan offered". So we went back to Peel and not only did we get the car from Ryan but we got it for $250 less, without even asking. Ryan wanted to sell us a car and went above and beyond without us really even asking. Highly recommend Peel Chrysler and will be writing a very poor review for Ontario Chrysler More
