He immediately got us information on the vehicle we wanted and prices along with a rough estimate for our trade in right away ! The entire purchase from start to finish took a day. When we arrived at the dealership in the late morning two days later, Chad greeted us and was super professional and helpful; he had all the documents ready to sign; we were in and out within 45 minutes and were able to drive 8hrs home that same day!
