All our arrangements were made over the phone since we live over 100km away from Ontario Chrysler and I had already test-driven the vehicle at our local dealership. The first time we met Marc was the day we came to pick our new vehicle. He was very friendly, efficient and helpful and had us on our way after patiently taking care of any questions or concerns we may have had. I do not remember the names of any of the other employees we came in contact with but I can say that all were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience at Ontario Chrysler and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and I would definitely recommend Marc to them as their sales rep. Incredible - 2014 Dodge Ram I was picking up my truck after I had service completed on it and dropped in to say hello to Joe Perri. Joe showed me this stunning silver Laramie which was fully loaded. Joe began to explain everything about this truck from financing to features and upgrades and provided different scenarios for financing. The total price of this vehicle and monthly payments were incredible! I’ve always felt very comfortable dealing with Joe and have always respected his honesty and fairness in the past. The overall experience was above and beyond anything I had experienced. Joe sat in the truck and showed me all the features available in detail.
