Everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had done our homework, and Ontario Chrysler beat everyone by far with price and customer service, so we decided to drive the 2.5 hours to buy our new Ram. Matthew went over everything about the truck from front to back, showed us all the little gadgets, nooks and crannies, and engine parts. We have already gushed to all our friends and co-workers about what a pleasant experience we've had with this dealerships and its employees. We hope they get many more happy and satisfied customers! He recommended that I come in and talk to Brandon Langel to set up a test drive. Brandon was knowledgeable and friendly without being too pushy. We test drove a nice big horn ram nicely equipped. the engine had impressive response the diesel was noticeable but quiet. I bought the truck, being sold on its merits, and not being manipulated by a desperate salesman -thatwas important for me . they added the accessories , bob bush put together the financing and I was down the road in a couple of days . My first trip ,the truck got 37 mpg --or 7.6 litres\110 k -I was impressed Brandon followed up the next day with a call asking how everything was going and if I had any concerns. overall pretty good experience More
