Richard Mroz helped us find a beautiful Town and Country van, and got us a great deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. In fact, when we were out of town a few weeks after buying the car, and had an issue, we called him long distance, and he helped us over the phone to find a dealership in that area, and then followed up with us by phone again to ensure we were ok. When we need to buy another car, we will come again to this dealership, and will buy from Richard! He is a fantastic man and an asset to this dealership! More

He lied to me through the whole process and even to his own finance manager about my down payment. He wouldn't even let me go home to think about it.The finance managers will not care about your credit at all. They will send it to all the banks and these inquiries will send your credit rating down by 7 to 10 points for each hit !! So 6 banks and boom down 60 points! Bring your grievance to the sales manager and he will just defend his staff. Stay clear of this place, there are plenty of other dealerships around. Extremely poor service from start to finish! More

Amazing Experience I just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Constantine and was so impressed with his service. He was just so friendly from the moment i met him and was just so helpful and informative the whole time. He was able to get me exactly what i wanted in my Jeep and for a great price! Even after the deal was done he still came out and showed me exactly how the 4x4 worked and took a little drive with me to show me all the features, how to work things, and even explained how to take the hard top off, all this while it was way past 9pm. Just to show the level of customer service Constantine provides not letting you leave until you are 100% satisfied. So if you need a car I would definitely recommend Constantine and I know Ill be back to deal with him in the near future!! More
