It was a pleasant experience and we were very pleased with the purchase of our vehicle. In early February of 2020, I contacted John as I was looking to trade in and purchase a new Ram. We arranged a convenient time for us to come and meet with him and after a couple of test drives, we had decided to purchase another vehicle from Ontario Chrysler. John provided serval options for vehicles and various payment options. The staff and management team were great to deal with and we are very happy with our purchase. We would recommend this dealership to friends and would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from here. More

There is no available parts for this recall but Anthony & Brian found the part and fixed me up with in a hour. Now that is what I call great customer service. I have owned a few GC and never has anyone at Chrysler gone above and beyond for me.
