Looking for a Long Time....Found Bob and Looked No Further! I had been looking for a new Family Vehicle for a while and was going on Kijiji every day! I had gone to Bon at Northgate Chevrolet as my first dealer I had been looking for a new Family Vehicle for a while and was going on Kijiji every day! I had gone to Bon at Northgate Chevrolet as my first dealership visit and he was able to show us some great options, but nothing we fell in love with. We still had looked on-line and in fact went to a another dealership in which we had the worst service I have ever seen in any "Customer Service" type industry. In which I have told everyone I know never to deal with them ever. It had been a while since we talked with Bob but he reached out to me with a great offer. He had known what we were looking for...and boy did he Deliver!! It took a few days as the vehicle was out of our budget, but with some working on his end Bob was able to get us our dream SUV and we couldn't be happier!! More

No pressure, no hassle, no problem. In fact, it was the same great experience as when we bought my wife's 2001 GMC Jimmy in 2003. Heck, the manager even remembered my last name and threw in a nice upgrade for free. Glenda was also fantastic to deal with and explained all my payment options and more. They really do know how to make buying a vehicle as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
