On the next day, I had a quality test drive with the car I selected and everything was done relatively quickly. Sales representative and his manager were friendly and everything was nice. The only stress that I had was related to extended warranty. The guy selling them was overly aggressive, that was a bit over board. Although, I do understand his position. More

Their team is comprised of very friendly and knowledgable staff who are always there to help, and I can honestly say that Johnty is the best product specialist I have ever met. Negative stereotypes and generalities found in the majority of vehicle product specialists are virtually non-existent with Johnty. Johnty provided my family and I with the ultimate customer service, and repeatedly exceeded our expectations in and out of the showroom. He worked hard around the clock to help me find the perfect car, and would be available to answer any of my questions at all hours through the phone. There was never any pressure from Johnty, and he very well respected my opinions and decisions, but was not afraid to provide me with his own opinions that were very useful. There is a reason why Johnty has an incredibly strong track record and reputation. Alanna's personality had me feeling as if she really cared about my concerns, and her knowledge was up to any questions I asked. Adam and Scott knew their jobs so things went fairly smoothly. Other staff just passing through were also very friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The 'wizard of oz' fellow behind the scenes was a tough bargainer, but, again, that is his role. ps. It was a very pleasant experience! I had been thinking about purchasing a Jetta for sometime now, and I liked that I wasn't pushed towards a brand new car. I did end up buying a 2014, but it had been a previously leased vehicle and it was the first car he showed me. It had everything I needed and wanted. They washed the car before I took it for a test drive, and I was able to take it on my own. We were constantly asked if we needed anything to drink, and we were even offered dinner. I was very excited that I was able to take my car home that day. The finance guy was very friendly, made conversation and applied to more than one bank to make sure it worked out in my favor. When I took my car in for the protection plan, they paid for my rental, and treated my car like it was their own. I would definitely recommend. :) More
