Rob Mckenzie approached me with the right questions, tempting answers, sweet suggestions.... and the dish was decided, but as most do, everyone likes his spices. I love to work on them, so does Rob, add a little here, not too much of that, try this, why not that?.... after a lot of shaking, grinding, chopping, we came out with the perfect combination: my beautiful new Jetta!!! and guess what dessert they prepared for me in a blink, to my surprise got to drive it home three hours after I stepped into Maple Ridge Volkswagen!!! David was our Master Sales Consultant, and he really helped my wife and I to understand the differences between the various models and trim going so far as to line up several similar, yet different cars, to walk us through and demonstrate the differences in trim levels and options that were available. We ultimately did purchase a new car from this dealer, and David spent quite a bit of time after the deal to help us understand virtually every aspect of operating the various vehicle systems including pairing our phones with the vehicles built in communication systems. This has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
