A Job well done !!! Karen, the service agent, was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Just as she has been on each occasion that I have gone to Lexus of Lo Karen, the service agent, was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Just as she has been on each occasion that I have gone to Lexus of London in the past 12 years. A "loaner" car was waiting for me. The check in process was quick and painless and I was on my way in 5 minutes. The car was ready as promised, the work was done, my questions were answered, an additional problem had been identified and Karen had already contacted the warranty provider to rule on the work needed. As always I was impressed. Certainly Karen and the Lexus of London team keep their promise of a "hassle free" service experience. Good for them. ! More

Met all my needs I had my vehicle in for a regular service when it was found that I needed all new brake pads and rotors . I had errands to run in London and Karen in I had my vehicle in for a regular service when it was found that I needed all new brake pads and rotors . I had errands to run in London and Karen in service arranged a loaner car for me at no charge. I also needed to be home in St. Marys by 4pm. I had a call at 3pm on my cell phone that the car was ready and washed. My car was serviced, my errands were run, and I had my new brakes installed. I was home by 4pm. Thank-you !
