Your customer service is very poor and disappointing. I brought my granddaughter's vehicle in to get the radio fixed and was told that it should be ready that day. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The service advisor didn't get back to me until 5.30 pm the next day after I had left a message that morning. The part didn't work so they ordered something else. I phoned the next day, but as usual, no one answered the phone. A week passed and still no response from the service advisor. After 11 days I phoned to let them know that I was going to pick up the vehicle, but as usual, I had to leave a message, nobody picked up. This problem with the radio has been ongoing for more than 3 months, service says that they are waiting for a part, it arrives and doesn't work now they order another part and they don't have any idea when it will arrive. What happens if this part doesn't work Your service department needs to understand that the customer needs more information about their vehicles repair status. When a customer calls, they need to be able to talk to an advisor not an answering machine that nobody checks regularly. I left a message and it took 6 hours to get a response. I understand that it can take a while to get parts, but 3 months to get a radio fixed.
