Easiest, friendliest car shopping experience i have ever had I usually despise car shopping due to the high pressure "buy it now" attitudes a lot of car salespeople show towards customers. They are looking for the one time sale instead of building a relationship and treating the customer as a friend instead of a number. My experience at Lexus of London was nothing short of spectacular. It was as pain free as any purchase could be. I dealt with Rick Watson who couldn't have been more accommodating. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but he spent the better part of an afternoon going on multiple test drives with me until I had my mind made up. He answered every question I had and at no point did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase the car right then and there. Shopping for a new vehicle! It was time for a new vehicle! We had narrowed the search down to Lexus,BMW and Audi. He spent considerable time showing us all of the features that the vehicle had to offer. He gave us a price for the vehicle in a timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Rick, but in the end decided that the Lexus was not the vehicle for us.
