Saving us time and energy without the awkwardness of bartering for the best price - which I really appreciated! We had wondered prior to purchase if a deal was even possible, do some financial challenges in our past. Well... it turned out that Stacie & Kylie (finance department) are not only extremely friendly and courteous, they are also amazingly creative problem solvers. Not only did they get our financing approved, they worked with us to setup a really sensible and affordable payment plan. At contract signing / car pickup, Joe (used car manager) went out of his way to ensure that my children created some memories at LOL as well... Allowing them to look around at their leisure, from the inside of a sweet Lexus convertible in the dealership. She got Rick Watson to help us. He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, was very patient and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle ...we sat in quite a few before deciding on one. We highly recommend Rick Watson for sales and Kylie Burridge for the financial aspect and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated royally with excellent customer service and respect. Arrival at your London Lexus dealership is always so welcoming as we are greeted by familiar faces, and of course coffee and snacks. Everyone in your maintenance department has always been extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our opinions, concerns and questions. We trust their them implicitly. Lyndsi assisted us at our visit last Saturday and she was spectacular. Friendly, knows her stuff, such a pleasure to work with, and easy to deal with. We always get a beautiful loaner vehicle, which helps us choose our next car, and Romeo helps us transfer our shopping when we return to pick up our freshly washed, shining car. We have not needed any repairs to our Lexus loves, but your mechanics are above reproach. We have just one complaint -- Lexus of London has ruined us from ever purchasing a car from any other dealer, and your Lexus vehicles have taken away any option to purchase any other model.
