A great service experience, as usual Our Lexus was in for a 240000 km service (yes the number of zero's are correct). It did require some major work, but we were allowed to keep the loane Our Lexus was in for a 240000 km service (yes the number of zero's are correct). It did require some major work, but we were allowed to keep the loaner over the weekend, The dealer is in London but we live in Sarnia, so getting the car(s) back and forth could have been a problem, especially since one of us was going into the hospital on Monday. However, thanks to Karen Campbell in service and the sales manager Allan Calvert, the exchange of cars was handled seamlessly by them. Thanks for all your help...a great team!
