Excellent customer service I came into the Lexus dealership with little knowledge of what I was looking for. The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different veh I came into the Lexus dealership with little knowledge of what I was looking for. The sales rep (Rick Watson) met with me to discuss the different vehicles they had available and had me test drive several. On my second visit, Rick carefully walked me through the different options and I was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for. At no point, did his sales approach seem pushy and I truly felt like he was trying to find a vehicle that met my needs. I purchased a Lexus IS250 and can't be happier - I would definitely recommend Rick Watson for those looking to buy a great vehicle and experience great customer service. I was provided with a loaner 2015 RX 350 that I would consider buying at the right price. My only issue would be the cost of the work done on this vehicle over the years. I find it very expensive compared to a local auto repair shop that I also use from time to time. However the quality of the work at Lexus of London is excellent. More
