(mercedes told me I had 10 mins and it was on empty with the gas light on, with 4 days notice and a scheduled appointment) Rick made it very easy to ask questions and bring up any concerns that I had with getting to know the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
