Friendly and no charge for extras Always friendly. The service rep noticed that battery in my key fob was getting low. She asked if she could replace it, I said yes. The wheel well cowering had separated, a few clips had broken. They fixed it, no charge. On another service call i asked if they could retrieve a credit card that slipped under the coffee holder. No problem, retrieved and no charge. My wife and I have had other instances where we expected a charge only to be pleasantly surprised ... no charge. At London Lexus they don’t nickel and dime you. They are really want to make sure you are happy. More
