When everything was done with Sue, we had to go see Lauren Rossini and received the same level of professionalism from her. By far the BEST car leasing experience. I have been leasing cars for over 20 years and this was my first time time dealing with Lexus of London. Even though we are living in unprecedented t I have been leasing cars for over 20 years and this was my first time time dealing with Lexus of London. Even though we are living in unprecedented times (Covid -19 pandemic) this was by far my best car leasing experience I have ever had. I told Sue exactly what I wanted and she never once tried to up-sell me, she did explain the differences between the packages which was helpful and left it at that...so refreshing. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, all the paperwork was accurate and ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes and that included, signing over my current vehicle and removing my old plates. If you are in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend Sue. More

The team, lead by the manager Chris Pinelli, was our first point of contact and is very; professional, reassuring and a straight shooter. He was upfront and honest without trying to hide anything about the vehicle. A man of his word. Heck I didn't even test drive the car. From there, the financier Lauren, came in with the finance numbers and rate that we needed to close the deal. She had us approved in less than 24hours. She smiled the whole time she took our money..lol Once everything was signed, we were handed off to Kevin for the final vehicle walkthrough about all the extra bells and whistles of the vehicle. Great service as always I was in recently to have my winter tires changed over to my summer tires, when I mentioned an issue with my drivers side window. This was covered under warranty, so I was quite pleased to not have to cover this unexpected charge.
