Purchase of 2016 RX350 It was time to replace my 2012 top of the line Toyota Venza with over 300,000 kilometers and since this model was not longer available, I wanted some It was time to replace my 2012 top of the line Toyota Venza with over 300,000 kilometers and since this model was not longer available, I wanted something that was its equal or better. I decided to check out the Lexus RX350 and was quite impressed. My budget ruled out a brand new unit, but Lexus of London had just taken back a 2016 model off of a 2-year lease and it was a great fit for me. Sue gave me the introduction to their current stock of Lexus RX350 units and I was hooked. Even though it took me a month or more to get ready to deal, Sue was relaxed and helpful but not pushy as I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. There was no pressure to up sell extended warranty or other add-on accessories. Additionally, the Lexus team made the extra effort to get my new ride ready in time for an Eastern Ontario trip which was already scheduled for a couple of days after the paper work was signed. Kevin Gittens was extremely helpful with getting me a bit familiar with all of the various systems and their controls for my pre-delivery training session. This car rides and handles like a dream. I think I'm now a Lexus man! Sue told me once I have driven a Lexus, I'd be back for another in the future. At this point, she is right. Harry More

Almost 10-years late When I bought my first Lexus hybrid (2010 RX 450h) I was told that once I drove a hybrid, I would never settle for anything less. Almost 10-years later I began my research into the new hybrid vehicles available to purchase. No matter where I searched, I couldn’t find anything to match my RX. I came to the conclusion that I was destined to remain a Lexus hybrid driver. Now I had to decide which one to pick. So off to the Lexus of London dealership I went. The sales manager was more than willing to give me some of his valuable time to help look at my options. As I become more serious, he directed me to one of his salespeople who gladly assisted me in my quest. I put my deposit down, and waited for delivery of my 2019 green Lexus UX. When I had an opportunity to take the demo for a test drive, I was sold. Once my vehicle arrived, I was contacted and drive to the dealership to finalize the deal. Within a couple days, my new UX was ready to go. She even got baptized in Canadian winter weather. The car fits like a glove. I couldn’t imagine why anyone would choose any other type of hybrid other than a Lexus vehicle. I must reiterate that the personal at Lexus of London offer customers a friendly professional environment within which a buyer can make their new vehicle purchase with no pressure. All the staff I dealt with were genuinely friendly and easy-going. Susan was especially knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. Her passion for Lexus sport cars is infectious and I am positive that I made the right decision. Kaitlyn was also very genuine and personable, and Romeo was very helpful with the tips he gave me for caring for the leather seats. All my expectations were exceeded and then some by the first class, genuine treatment I received. I have no reservations about recommending Lexus of London to my loved ones. More
