I went in to purchase my first car from Lexus of London in August for my 25th birthday. Prior to visiting this dealership I had dealt with 7 other dealerships. A lot of pushy sales people, sales people who in August for my 25th birthday. Prior to visiting this dealership I had dealt with 7 other dealerships. A lot of pushy sales people, sales people who though I couldn't afford a luxury car because of my age and maybe because I was a woman. That week I walked out of a dealership due to disrespect and assumption from some sales people. When I visited Lexus of London, I was treated with a magnitude of respect, care and help from everyone. I am so lucky to have met Nathan who helped me find the perfect first car for me! He was patient with me, did not push the vehicle on to me, answered all my questions and made the buying experience go very smoothly. I purchased a RX350 from Nathan and I absolutely love my car. I felt as though I was already a part of the family before committing to anything. I am so proud to be an owner of a Lexus vehicle from Lexus of London! I love Lexus, always have good service. I was disappointed that day !!! My service was a simple light bulb change which would have only been 40 minutes , but I was there for 2 hrs. other than disappointed that day !!!
