This was my third vehicle purchase from Lexus of London and the dealer prep of my prior two vehicles was exemplary. Unfortunately, this time the preparation was not as meticulous. The vehicle had a thin and the dealer prep of my prior two vehicles was exemplary. Unfortunately, this time the preparation was not as meticulous. The vehicle had a thin layer of dust on the exterior which could have been easily wiped off prior to my arrival, and there were several small stone chips in the paint on the hood. The chips were clearly visible and were quickly repaired with a paint stick once I pointed them out to my sales representative but again this work should have been performed before I arrived to pick up the vehicle.. Both of these issues were minor but given my previous experience with this dealer they were not something that I expected. Lexus of London set the bar very high in my past dealings and I expected this continued attention to detail. My dealings with Jordan Fera, Thomas Geeves and Cameron Stevens were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I came for the RX350 and I got an outstanding vehicle. More
