All of the staff at Lexus of London was amazing, accommodating and welcoming! I showed up without an appointment to view a car from their well maintained Used lot and it wasn’t a Lexus. I was a li accommodating and welcoming! I showed up without an appointment to view a car from their well maintained Used lot and it wasn’t a Lexus. I was a little nervous going in that I might not be prioritized because I wasn’t there to buy a Lexus but my experience was the complete opposite. Specifically, Lisa A made sure my experience was up to their premium dealer standard from start to finish. She is so warm and friendly, she understood what I was looking for and made sure I found it. Because I didn’t have an appointment Lisa had to bounce between myself and the booked appointment she did have that day but my service was still exemplary. She made sure I knew she was still working on my deal in between showing a Lexus to her other appointment. She repeatedly checked in, offered me complementary snacks and drinks, and just over all made sure I knew I was still a priority. She made sure I got the best deal for what I was getting and for my trade (which I wasn’t expecting) and was so detailed in explaining everything to me in a realistic way. She made sure I was happy with everything and once the deal was finalized, on delivery day, she made sure that the car I did buy was in amazing condition, completely detailed to the point of being brand new looking when I picked it up. The entire team I worked with from start with the concierge staff to the final sales and delivery staff were amazing. I will absolutely be recommending Lexus of London and Lisa A to anyone looking for a new or gently used car. More
