WELL WORTH THE DRIVE We have purchased a lot of new vehicles throughout the years and never have I felt so comfortable dealing with a salesman as I did with Brad McDonald. We have purchased a lot of new vehicles throughout the years and never have I felt so comfortable dealing with a salesman as I did with Brad McDonald. Brad came highly recommended to me by a friend. There was absolutely no pressure. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with Brad and most important to us was that we trusted him. We then had the pleasure of meeting with the Financial Manager Natalia Sotnikova. An extremely well spoken, knowledgeable professional. We never once felt pressured into anything and a real pleasure to deal with. We then had the privilege of meeting Christina Randell (Customer Relations Administrator) who took the time to explain the many features of the truck to us. A very patient person she is...lol. Obviously very knowledgeable and no doubt a great asset to the dealership. Its not easy teaching folks how to use the large number of options available in a vehicle now days. Thanks for your time and patience. Can't say enough about this GREAT EXPERIENCE we had with this dealership. More

"Awesome Service" I just changed jobs and needed a practical vehicle but was not sure what type of vehicle would be best. Neil was very patient and showed us a number of different vehicles explaining the various features of each. There was no pressure, he just wanted to get us a vehicle that met our needs. Great Customer Service I have dealt with this dealership in previous years , I feel they value your business more than, larger dealerships. I have had some not so positive I have dealt with this dealership in previous years , I feel they value your business more than, larger dealerships. I have had some not so positive dealings with other large dealerships in the past . I was looking for something newer, and they had a 2017 Toyota Camry, and since I am on a limited income, I have a limited budget, Cory and his team made it work for me. It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership! We are retirees and visited a number of dealerships over the last few months looking for a new or like new previously owned Colorado Z71. Most other d We are retirees and visited a number of dealerships over the last few months looking for a new or like new previously owned Colorado Z71. Most other dealerships treated us 'ok' but there were one or two that did not seem to be interested in selling us a vehicle at all. By chance I noticed on the Leduc Chrysler website that they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and with a bonus, it was in 'like new' condition. Price was reasonable considering the condition of the vehicle. Dealing with Cory was a pleasure, during every visit with him he (and others on staff) made us feel like the most important customers of the day! Thank you all! More
