Great Customer Service I have dealt with this dealership in previous years , I feel they value your business more than, larger dealerships. I have had some not so positive I have dealt with this dealership in previous years , I feel they value your business more than, larger dealerships. I have had some not so positive dealings with other large dealerships in the past . I was looking for something newer, and they had a 2017 Toyota Camry, and since I am on a limited income, I have a limited budget, Cory and his team made it work for me. It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership! We are retirees and visited a number of dealerships over the last few months looking for a new or like new previously owned Colorado Z71. Most other d We are retirees and visited a number of dealerships over the last few months looking for a new or like new previously owned Colorado Z71. Most other dealerships treated us 'ok' but there were one or two that did not seem to be interested in selling us a vehicle at all. By chance I noticed on the Leduc Chrysler website that they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and with a bonus, it was in 'like new' condition. Price was reasonable considering the condition of the vehicle. Dealing with Cory was a pleasure, during every visit with him he (and others on staff) made us feel like the most important customers of the day! Thank you all! More

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Christina who released our vehicle and went over the service details and inspection reports and got the vehicle ready to go for us, she was an awesome help! And our financial person Natalia Sotnikova was beyond helpful as well. She was super patient and swift with gett No us through the signing process and got us a great financing option that I couldn’t be happier with. She did her job perfectly while having my 4 hyperactive children being crazy in her office, so thank you! On top of all this, one of the employees of the dealership noticed a slight oil spot on the ground underneath the vehicle and took it in the shop immediately to go over it and repair a simple issue free of charge after we had signed and supplied us with a rental vehicle promptly thereafter. They will be driving into Edmonton to deliver our new/used vehicle and take back their rental vehicle without us having to leave our house. Top notch service and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone at Leduc Chrysler!!! I highly recommend you guys. More

Best example of what Chrysler should be Brad McDonald, David Jacobs, and Christina Randall were all involved in my recent purchase of a 2017 Ram 1500 ST. Brad walked through a foot of snow in loafers to get vehicle numbers without even thinking twice. After looking at a couple trucks, we found the right one. No sale push was made. Dave made the financing fast, easy, and was very forthright with everything. No hidden oh-yeahs. Christina ensured the truck arrived in my possession exactly as it should have without any hiccups and answered all questions regarding the truck easily. Even washed my license plate. All in all, the deal on the truck took less than an hour. If I didn't want the protection package I could have drove away same day. Definitely the best Chrysler dealership I have dealt with yet. More

Great Customer Service I waked into Leduc Chrysler to look at the new model of 2018 Durango's. The sale associate Shawn didn't have one in stock yet. I received a phone call I waked into Leduc Chrysler to look at the new model of 2018 Durango's. The sale associate Shawn didn't have one in stock yet. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later from Shawn letting me know that they just received a new model for me. It had every option I was looking for. The sales team quickly worked out my best price and after market options. They passed me onto Natalia in Finance where she worked hard to get me the best rates and additional services. She was a miracle worker. Christina helped us walk through the vehicle and make sure we were OK with everything before we left. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past 15 years from multiple dealerships in the Edmonton area and this has been the most dedicated, and knowledgeable team I have ever dealt with. This recent Vehicle was the SECOND new vehicle I have purchased from Leduc Chrysler in the past 6 months. And I'm still impressed. More
