I researched which dealership to check out based on ratings and I'm glad that I did because this was the best dealership interaction I have had. I went to just browse a certain vehicle and trim I wanted and as soon as I stepped foot into the dealership Brad, the corporate manager was walking by and asked how I was and if could help me. Literally took 1 second and I was acknowledged, wow! We sat in his office and went through the trade in value which was more than fair and they had the exact vehicle in stock, so I went for it and couldn't be happier. I was then introduced to the business manager, Natalia. She was so polite and happy that it made the whole process that much better. She went through all the paperwork and explained all the things that was included and even sent me an email reply back to everything she told me in her office. I was then introduced to the customer relations administrator, Christina. She was super polite and friendly, which really does make the whole buying experience that much better. She went through all the vehicle functions and options with and and told me to contact her anytime i have a question. I highly recommend Leduc Chrysler if you're looking for a vehicle, parts, and service. Don't take a chance anywhere else. This place should be the only place you should be visiting. More

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of detail from Leduc Chrysler. I brought my 2019 ram truck in for an inspection and 100,000km fluid change and interior detail. I got a call from service with a few items that need to be addressed. One of the items was an oil change..... if they looked at the sticker in the windshield they would see it was completed less than 3000km ago. Then the "typical" air filters a dealership likes to sell. I explained that the engine air filter was replaced less than 3000km ago. He continued to say it was dirty and needed to be replaced. I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at.... Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km. Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim... Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?? Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?? The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray. The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill. So disappointed. More
