So I called in for the service department to inquire about an oil change price and a few other details (not a previous customer, just heard good things about them and potentially looking to buy a new ve about an oil change price and a few other details (not a previous customer, just heard good things about them and potentially looking to buy a new vehicle from the dealership) Got Judy on the phone, made sure to ask her name, as she was one of the least helpful and rudest people I have ever encountered. After a pretty useless and frustrating conversation I still didn’t have any answers. Couple of days later I called again and this time I got Dawn on the phone and it’s like a called a completely different dealership. Very helpful and knowledgeable and she did make me feel that my business mattered for them, even if it was for an oil change and some minor repairs. Will definitely bring my Jeep in. More

Brad MacDonald always goes above and beyond to give his customers the best service and deal you can get. Last year I bought a car through him and was very happy. I had come to him after another dealership customers the best service and deal you can get. Last year I bought a car through him and was very happy. I had come to him after another dealership was not being very compassionate towards my issue on the vehicle under warranty, and Brad made sure to communicate with that dealership to take that stress off my plate. Needless to say, Brad was so amazing I wouldn't settle for anything less than a vehicle from his dealership so if a problem ever arises I know I can come there and get treated like family. Thank you to Brad, Natalya and the team for helping me find a vehicle I fell in love with and a dealership we know we can trust. More
