Came in to the Service department without an appointment, due to unexpected issues with my Jeep Cherokee. They were fully booked with appointments on arrival. One employee, Dawn Manuck, assisted with getting due to unexpected issues with my Jeep Cherokee. They were fully booked with appointments on arrival. One employee, Dawn Manuck, assisted with getting my vehicle in for diagnostic. They found some issues which were able to be fixed the same day.
