Well Mike introduced himself and I felt at ease being that I'm a Mike as well we went to his office we discussed my needs and price range I wanted a used jeep with some towing ability he stopped me there and ask if would buy something other then a jeep because he had just made a deal on a grand Cherokee and had the trade a Nissan Pathfinder in mint condition and loaded on the lot. I took his suggestion that I take it for a test drive he let me take it all the way to Beaumont to get my moms opinion she hopped in and came back to the dealership with me I put a deposit down when I came with the balance I was given a complete rundown on the vehicles options given a full tank of gas and for peice of mind I bought the extended warranty! Very helpful and honest My salesman Corey McMullen was very helpful on answering any questions about my new vehicle that I had. There was very little if any waiting for Corey to answer my questions or call back if he was busy with another customer. Christina Randel was also very thorough in showing me all the options in my new purchase she also took the time to call me after the fact to offer any assistance I needed. I have dealt with other dealerships in the recent past and have found that the people at Leduc Chrysler have been more helpful and way more knowledgeable about their products than the other dealerships I have tried to deal with.
