Buying a Jeep I had a pretty terrible experience with this dealership. Buying a used vehicle was less important than a newer one. I had originally dealt with another employee at first and he went off on a leave with a different Jeep. The original Jeep was used as well but more expensive. I was treated fairly at first. Then I decided to lower my price range to a cheaper Jeep. This is when I got the run around. They had a sales event going on and when I had made an appointment to finalize my sale and was still made to wait around for over an hour while others who were buying new vehicles were served first. The car has a chip on the window and they repaired it quickly the next day. I have no complaints about the service department but found the Sales man rude when I decided to buy a cheaper Jeep and they were not flexible on the pricing at all. I also got crappy/used wiper blades (which they did replace when I complained) and no screws to attach my license plate. The finance department was friendly and helpful and so was the service department but it's not worth it. I would not buy here again or recommend. More

Jeep Cherekee Sport I absolutely love my Jeep Cherekee Sport. My last two vehicles were ford escapes. However, after driving my jeep for the past three months I feel th I absolutely love my Jeep Cherekee Sport. My last two vehicles were ford escapes. However, after driving my jeep for the past three months I feel there is no comparision between my previous vehicle and my jeep. The jeep iis a better ride, more room, easier to keep on the road, and much easier to see out of. The back window is larger which gives more of a view. Great Buying Experience. I am 2.5 hours away from the dealership and right from the first time I talked to Richard everything went smooth. Leduc Chrysler had a truck that I wa I am 2.5 hours away from the dealership and right from the first time I talked to Richard everything went smooth. Leduc Chrysler had a truck that I was looking for and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. I called and stopped at 3 closer dealers and told them about this truck in Leduc and all they wanted to do is order me a new factory order. I had my last 3500 Mega Cab for 11 years and had almost 1/2 a million km on it...it was a very good truck and was sad to see it go. Richard and I came to an agreement on the purchase price and accessories, I thought I would just sign the finance papers and drive my truck home when it was ready...boy was I mistaken. Upon arrival to pick up my new ride David, the finance manager, was ready with all the paper work to be to be signed. He then made arrangements to drive me up town to get the truck registered and when that was finished a very nice lady by the name of Christina took me out went through all the bells and whistles on the truck with me. Christina set up my phone with for hands free operation swapped out the plates and I was then ready to hit the road. Before I left she brought me in and gave me a tour of the parts and service departments...boy I sure felt comfortable now knowing who to see and where to go if I need anything. Richard and all his staff have a real good team there. Thank You for the great buying experience. More

That's when i knew these were the people to deal with! I ended up googling "The best Dodge dealership in central Alberta" and after reading many reviews, Leduc Chrysler had the highest, best ratings! Cory worked very fast to find my dream car. Within 1 day he found it! it wasnt on the lot and had to be brought in from another dealership; because i just had to have that red & black leather! Everything went so smooth. What a wonderful experience it was buying my new car from you guys!! Brought my car in for some Warranty work. Phoned SRT and let them know I was bringing in my Hellcat for some warranty work, It was simple and Lonny kept me informed on what they were doing.
