In 1971, the Trotman family opened our flagship store, Langley Chrysler. Today, over 40 years later, Langley Chrysler remains family-owned-and-operated as a member of the Trotman Auto Group. I purchased this Used truck online from Langley Chrysler- Derek Embree the sales person Face timed the vehicle and pointed out any flaws in the truck for full disclosure. When i arrived the next day the truck was as disclosed, the Finance office had all the paperwork in order and ready to sign. The Insurance agent was on hand making it a quick process. The vehicle was cleaned, full of fuel. Derek took the time to ensure I was aware of all vehicle options and operation. I would highly recommend this dealer for providing a great service experience. My wife and I have been car shopping for the last few months when a friend of ours recommended this dealership. Purchasing a vehicle can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times but Katherine and A months when a friend of ours recommended this dealership. Purchasing a vehicle can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times but Katherine and Abbey made it very comfortable for us. There was no selling aggressiveness or slimy sales tricks you get from a lot of other dealerships. We went through about four different vehicles and their patience was appreciated. Not only did they put us in a vehicle that we thought was out of our league, it was below the budget we came in with ! Looking forward to bringing my son into this dealership when he’s ready to purchase his first car.
