In 1971, the Trotman family opened our flagship store, Langley Chrysler. Today, over 40 years later, Langley Chrysler remains family-owned-and-operated as a member of the Trotman Auto Group. Very poor experience. Took a month and a complaint with FCA to finish deal and getting accessories as promised. Will never take my vehicle to the service department at Langley Chrysler. My daughters vehicle had an engine light on for six full days was told To drop it off. When they turn on the vehicle apparently the Langley Chrysler. My daughters vehicle had an engine light on for six full days was told To drop it off. When they turn on the vehicle apparently the engine light wasn’t on. But they still checked it and charged her $250 and didn’t bother telling her that the engine light didn’t come on. Will never go there for service again, it’s not about customer service it’s all about the money. Buying cars there for the last 20 years and still don’t get nothing for free. We will be going elsewhere for service. More

Norm was my salesman and he is just a great, knowledgeable and experienced guy to work with, he has been in the industry for a long time and it really shows.
