My recent purchase of my 2016 Chevrolet Trax was no exception. From my initial visit with Danny Bass to my sales experience with Lucky Uppal to brining it all to fruition with Erin Healy and Manita Baines it was a pleasant and rewarding experience. Lakewood Chevrolet staff always make us fee like we matter. I would also be remiss it I did not mention the excellent service we always receive from our Service Specialist Cory Bates whenever we bring either of our cars into the dealership for service. Terrible Sevice I brought my car in just under a year ago telling the service department that it was not running right and making a noise when it started and a hummin I brought my car in just under a year ago telling the service department that it was not running right and making a noise when it started and a humming sound. I was told that they found nothing. Changed the sensor but that did not solve the problem. As i was leaving the dealership, I noticed that my engine light was still on. Walked back in to the service department and was told to not worry about it. No big deal. Now a year later I am looking at $1900.00 in repairs to the clutch and now the flywheel!! Had they taken care of this a year ago I sure as xxxx would not be in this predicament. At 90,000 kms a single mother with low income has to find a way to pay for this as I absolutely need my car as I have a disabled child in wheelchair. Apparently none of this is covered under my warranty. I will never purchase or bring a vehicle here for service. And I will also spread the word on any and every social media outlet possible. Thanks for the kick in the xxx Lakewood Chev Olds! More
