great service on the weekend On Saturday morning while leaving the city my 08 Tahoe began to sputter and jerk with all kinds of messages popping up on the dash board display. Drove directly to Lakewood service department with visions of transmission or transfer case replacement dancing in my head. But I was greeted by a very friendly and knowlegeable service rep . Erika put my mind to ease with her confident analysis of the problem and confirming there was a service notice on the problem and would be repaired today at no charge. And it was I was on my way in under 3 hours. From what could have been a very depressing weekend turned out to be exceptional, Erica , the mechanic and GM exceeded all my expectations with excellent service, and repairing an 8 year old vehicle free of charge because they had identified an issue with a component, knew there was an issue, and fixed it hassle free. More

Cory Ostafischuk (manager) answered my call first, he worked hard to try and find me a vehicle with the options I was looking for. I brought my vehicle into their dealership a few days later to get a trade in value and see if we could make the numbers work. Cory did come thru with the numbers that we felt were fair. The salesman, Mike Nazzal was introduced to me to take over the paperwork and details. He was a pleasure to work with and we had a few laughs also. He made himself available to me any time of day if I had questions. Manita in the finance dept was very friendly also. I would like to thank them for a pleasant experience purchasing the new vehicle.
