Tyler was very helpful and friendly and when we told him exactly what we wanted he found one and had it there that afternoon for us to look at. Excellent service and a great price I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and usually because of my age (20) dealerships wouldn't want to help me as much as i would have liked I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and usually because of my age (20) dealerships wouldn't want to help me as much as i would have liked. The moment I stepped into Key West ford I was created by Mike. He was very friendly and immediately helped me out. We sat down at his computer and found a car I liked. We went out for a drive in the vehicle and afterwords took another vehicle out to compare the two. After spending over an hour with me, Mike and I crunched some numbers and left it at that. I told him I would have to go home and figure out my trade and come back in in a few days and see if we can make it work. This was not a problem at all for Mike and he wasn't pushy at all with the sale. I would recommend Mike as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By far the best service I have had at any dealership. More

As we live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia , we needed a day to travel to " Key West" and did not want to travel unless this car was as good as described -it is an expensive trip! The dealership assured us that they would hold this car until we saw it, and that it really was as perfect as we hoped. When we arrived the next day, the car was sitting right at the front door, we were greeted by a most professional and friendly salesman, Mansoor. He greeted us , and we saw right away that the car was as good as described! We have never had such a pleasant and professional experience when purchasing a car. There was no pressure at all and Mansoor was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman, who helped us buy this car at a very good price. I would recommend " Key West " to everyone without reservation. Even though we were interested in a used car that was not made by Ford - we were treated as valuable customers. . We met the dealership Manager, and found that he was as professional and welcoming as his sales people. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, smiling and doing their jobs! I now have driven the C-Max Bought a "Demonstrator" Ford C-Max Hybrid from Bradley at Key West Ford in New Westminster, BC. A wonderful experience. I now have driven the C-Max for a month and filled the tank for the first time and it only cost $40. This is less than half of what my old car would have cost to fill the tank. I love this car. How can the interior be so big, comfortable, and quiet in such a small car? My handicapped scooter fits in the back. A real plus in mobility for me. Thank you Bradley and all at Key West. More
