Such a disappointment A terrible experience! Terrible customer service from start to finish. Tried to sell me a used 2011 Ford Ranger for more than the original MSRP. Seriously? Very little to no room for negotiation. Just a poor attitude all around and sales associates with a poor attitude who just want you to leave and never come back (and if this is their strategy, it's working). I would never visit this dealership again. I was made to feel like I was not welcome here. In contrast to my negative experience at Key West Ford in New Westminster, I received fantastic service and was actually able to negotiate with the cool folks over at West Coast Ford Lincoln in Maple Ridge. If you want the best price, don't waste your time dealing with Key West Ford. Head over to West Coast Ford Lincoln. The sales team there were all extremely positive and friendly. They gave me their business cards. They followed up with me with phone calls to answer my questions. Key West Ford did none of this for me. I had to call them myself. They put in zero effort to try and make a sale. I would be more than happy to discuss my negative experience at Key West Ford New Westminster with their manager. For the record, I DID end up closing a deal at a different dealership. UPDATE: On 09/16/2014 I received a phone call from Cameron, Assistant General Manager, following up with my concerns. He informed me that this is not their typical level of service and explained that their dealership strives to provide good service to everybody. He offered me a coffee and free oil change, as well as an apology for the poor service I received. But the fact remains, that they lost a sale that day to a different dealership and since I now will have 10 free oil changes over 5 years for my new Nissan, so I'm unlikely to accept their offer for a free oil change. If you are at this dealership and are having a bad experience like I had, my advice would be to try and ask for Cameron specifically. Maybe if he had been the sales agent, I would have ended up signing a deal for the Ranger on that day. But it wasn't meant to be and the sales team at Key West lost a sale and possibly future business from other members of my friends and family. My brother and his girlfriend who were also at the dealership with me that day, also remarked afterwards at how badly we all felt as we left Key West Ford. Which just wasn't the case at the other dealerships we visited that day. My friend and his mother actually purchased two new vehicles several years ago at the West Coast Ford Lincoln dealership and they described their experience as very positive. They urged me to visit that dealership, but living so close to Key West Ford, I started off at a their dealership, which is closer to my home. It's unfortunate that Key West Ford could not provide me with a positive buying experience. At the end of the day, I think they should know that I was ready to buy that truck, and put a deposit down on it. Instead, I signed papers for my new Nissan at a different dealership. My final advice to Key West Ford is to train your sales agents to listen more to what your customers are saying to you. Never let a customer leave without a business card or their contact information. Build rapport with them and above all else, treat them with respect. More
Very pleasant experience I was very impressed with my salesperson Tyler Birdsell. He identified what I wanted and the sourced the car with the colour and equipment I wanted. 2014 Mustang Coupe I had been thinking about buying a new Mustang for some time. I had been reviewing dealerships on line, and since Key West seemed to have the best in I had been thinking about buying a new Mustang for some time. I had been reviewing dealerships on line, and since Key West seemed to have the best inventory of Mustangs I took my son and went down to take a look after work one day. I met Michael Noyes and he answered my questions and showed me a few Mustangs that fit my criteria. It just so happened to be the day before my birthday .. what a good excuse to buy a new car! He introduced me to Chris De Wilde, and he came up with a fair trade in for my old vehicle and I was driving away in my brand new Mustang within a few hours. ... I even got cake!! :-) Happy birthday to me! I was very happy with how my son and I were treated and would say if you are looking for a car you'll be in good hands with the folks at Key West Ford. I'm very frugal and I'd never bought a brand new car before. When I realized that 2014 was the last year of the body style I liked I decided I'd buy one if I could get a good deal on one I liked. Michael Nokes, my sales consultant, got me into a better car than I would have "built" for myself and for less money than I thought I'd have to part with. The whole team at Key West worked so well, but Michael Nokes really went above and beyond. I'm so thankful every time I get in my beautiful car. More

Was assisted by Raymond and his Sales Manager Joel. Overall experience (was there to test drive several times) was awesome! I was always treated with respect and got a great deal from Joel. Pony car is running great, no mechanical problems or surprises. Keep looking at my dream car in the garage through the window every chance I can, can't believe it's all mine now! Happy I called Key West Ford Last week I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex limited at Key West Ford. I was dumbfounded by the ease in which I purchased the vehicle and bought "UP" from Last week I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex limited at Key West Ford. I was dumbfounded by the ease in which I purchased the vehicle and bought "UP" from the Ford Flex SELs that were difficult to find on Vancouver Island. After two weeks of trying to find a 2013 model here, I located one online @ Key West Ford. I telephoned the dealership and spoke with Michael Nokes, a very congenial young man. We spoke at great lengths about their vehicle and he sent me further photos for the vehicle. I soon realized that with my trade it would be difficult to purchase "UP," and told him so. I then spoke with Kamran Sobhani. Mr. Sobhani worked very hard to satisfy me with a price that would fit within my budget, allotting generously for my trade. Before long, after I sent photos of my trade, we had a deal over the phone and I made a deposit (contingent on seeing my trade and me seeing their vehicle ). I don' believe I have ever enjoyed "The Closing" as much as I did with Mr. Sobhani. No stress, funny, and gratifying. I went to Key west Ford the following morning, meeting with Michael and Kamran for the first time. Within two hours, without any further bargaining and all papers signed, I caught the ferry back to Vancouver Island In my 2013 Ford Flex. What a total satisfying experience! I will definitely call these guys first when I purchase another vehicle. More
Purchase used 2013 Ford Fusion SE-Ecoboost We recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Fusion as we needed to replace our 1998 Ford Contour.The buying experience at KeyWest was very good from the mo We recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Fusion as we needed to replace our 1998 Ford Contour.The buying experience at KeyWest was very good from the moment we entered the Dealership and then was introduced to Sales Associate Raymond who was very polite,respectfull and helpfull and Sales Manager Joel was also very friendly and helpfull. I had done extension research on the internet for a Ford Fusion and found KeyWEST had the best inventory and prices.We recently took a trip to Banff,Alberta and the car performed very well and the mileage was excellent 11 kilometres per lire.Ford Mytouch/GPS was fantastic and makes driving very enjoyable and I use every excuse I can to go driving. Said he could take it for a drive when he bought it!! He had a friend with him who witnessed the whole thing. When I phoned the dealership it was a different story so I went along and we took the truck for a test drive and did buy it; only because there was no other truck of the same kind available. They said the truck would be detailed which it wasn't when we went back to pick it up. They seemed to feel that because the family member was young they could do whatever they liked. On the test drive family member said the truck was pulling to the left; salesman said it was probably nothing. After a couple of weeks the truck was pulling still when family member phoned the dealership it was a hassle to get them to agree to repaid the truck - it needed a wheel alignment. I feel they should have had this fixed prior to putting it on the lot for sale. I would never recommend this place and once we get our free oil change and get the truck re-detailed we'll never go back. More
