Myles did not blow me off or show any doubt of my intentions or character, and still did his job well. Mike (who's a xxxx of a sales person) worked with me to snag a great deal and was willing to negotiate on every little detail, even if it was floor mats. My one recommendation is don't take these two lightly. They're good at their jobs. More

Rude customer service Recently leased a car at the dealership and was experiencing a minor issue with the paint and bird mess that made a stain on my car that I had noticed Recently leased a car at the dealership and was experiencing a minor issue with the paint and bird mess that made a stain on my car that I had noticed after the fact. Before coming to the dealer ship in kelowna I went the dealership in Langley who were more than willing to fix the problem for me, but due to time were not able. They said take back to kelowna and they will be able to help. Well that was not the case. Mike was more concerned about the cost then understanding the actual problem. I felt he blew the entire situation way out of proportion, it wasn't until I broke out in tears that he went and got the body specialist who came and looked at it and said it was a simple fix and was of no cost to the company or me. At no time was I being unreasonable in my request or asking for them to spend money on my car, but they made me feel that way. All I wanted was to be treated with kindness. I felt money was more important than the way they treated a human. At this time I will take my servicing to penticton chevy. More

Efficient, thorough and knowledgeable staff We were interested in a "Volt" and were accommodated, at very short notice, to a test drive with Tristan who was respectful, understanding and willing We were interested in a "Volt" and were accommodated, at very short notice, to a test drive with Tristan who was respectful, understanding and willing to answer any, and all, of the questions we had regarding the vehicle's specs. Tristan referred us to Mike/Kris regarding finances and incentives related to Electric vehicles. We have since purchased our Volt and are extremely happy with our vehicle. Positive experience, helpful staff I've been to a few dealerships and talked to several salesmen and I have to say it was refreshing talking to Myles. Typically when I ask a salesperson I've been to a few dealerships and talked to several salesmen and I have to say it was refreshing talking to Myles. Typically when I ask a salesperson for information or opinions about a vehicle I'm looking at I get nothing but rave reviews. "It's great this, it's great that, it's the best, you'll love this". It makes it hard to believe that they're actually considering your best interests. Myles, on the other hand, was honest about what features he liked and didn't like about the cars I was looking at and didn't pressure me to buy the first day I came. Overall, I got the sense he was a credible guy who I could trust to help me buy a car rather than a just salesman looking for his commission. I wish more salespeople would adopt this attitude. What's so much more valuable than convincing me to spend a few extra bucks is the trust that's built. That trust is what will make me come ask for Myles the next time I'm looking at vehicles rather than spending weeks shopping around. One side note: I don't like your rating system where 9/10 is a fail and 10/10 is a pass. That's so Chevrolet can say "we have a 10/10 customer rating", when really 1-9 are all the same and they're effectively saying "we have a passing customer rating". It might as well be a 100 point scale where 99 or less is a fail. I find that misleading. More
