Sales was great , but the Service Department Not so Great! I purchased a Brand New Ram 1500 Limited Truck and the Salesman was Number 1 even though i had to settle for another color. After driving it off the I purchased a Brand New Ram 1500 Limited Truck and the Salesman was Number 1 even though i had to settle for another color. After driving it off the lot , the engine service light came on. After several attempts and days and i even left the truck for the whole week Service was unable to solve the issue with the engine light. I had to take the truck to another dealer to have it corrected. The salesman felt very bad and helped me as much as he can along the way. If it was not for Mickey, i probably wouldn't have bought my truck from there. Also, i thought they could have done a better job in cleaning truck, inside the rear pick up bed it was dirty and the rear leather seats had indentations, which i am hoping in the hot summer weather it will correct itself or i will return and hopefully the dealer doesn't put up any resistance, as i had advised them. I had a very nice experience with the Salesman but all that hard work was shadowed by the frustrating service issue. More
