This is the fourth vehicle from Harris Kia, and our second from Bryan Bare. When we showed up looking for cars Bryan even remembered us from last time! He was informative and relatable. He helped us get informed on the new car, and guided us to government rebates. We would buy this exact car again, it has been better than expected for us. We have been using Kia service department since our first purchase and the have been fantastic and accommodating. Michelle is always there to discuss the work being done. The supporting staff have also been polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to Bryan at Harris Kia. More

Starting off with the lack of common sense, the dealership doesn’t seem to have a clue who even leased their vehicle. They have consistently contacted the wrong person for service and follow-ups, a dealership doesn’t seem to have a clue who even leased their vehicle. They have consistently contacted the wrong person for service and follow-ups, asking for random names, primarily one of the co-signers on the lease. It has become irritating to constantly answer the phone to salespeople that don’t even know who they are speaking to, reminiscent of cold calling telemarketers, up to 5 times per week . They have offered to buy back the car several times to a person that has never paid a dollar for the car, irritating everyone involved in this transaction. Secondly, talking about service, this has been some of the worst customer service I’ve received from any brand or company that I have ever dealt with, let alone a car dealership. After wiping my black car down with what could only be a used oil rag covered with metal fragments, they have left several areas deeply scratched on my car and refuse responsibility. I have taken my car to several Kia dealerships since, and none have been better, taking up to 4 hours on an oil change after being assured it would only take an hour at most, listening to constant bickering and fighting inside the Richmond dealership, I am left with no realistic options in Vancouver or the island for getting my car even looked at by someone representing the kia brand. Although the car itself has been great, everything about the brand, dealerships, salesmen, and experience, has been god awful. I would never recommend buying to anybody, and will be wholeheartedly discouraging anybody from setting foot on one of your dealerships. More

Came late at Friday night to see what is available without having a sales-guy dancing around me... But look Elliott was still working after 7pm, we started chatting, needless to say on Saturday i lef without having a sales-guy dancing around me... But look Elliott was still working after 7pm, we started chatting, needless to say on Saturday i left with a new KIA. Fantastic Service, very personal by Elliott, Super Product by KIA, drove Mercedes before but now i am Hooked - what a quality and value for that price hey its unbeatable... from now on KIA stands for Konsequent Innovation just Awesome ... Its like a big Family at the Dealership, the Colleges help together, if you come with a Problem everybody tries to help and be there for you. Elliott or Harris KIA , i will be back in two years for a Electric Modell that's for sure. Keep on doing what you doing its very much appreciated . More
