My experience at this Kia started back in July of this year, when I went in after Tammy Lowe had raved about what a wonderful dealership this Kia was. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly with a welcoming smile, and introduced to Cameron Adams. We told him what are plans were on that day, which was to test drive, not buy, so we could narrow down our search. He was nothing but understanding, helpful, and made the overall experience of making a purchase like this awesome. After the initial test drive, my husband and I knew it was the vehicle for us, but we just had to wait for a few other things to happen before we could purchase it. Cam was not pushy, and in no way made us feel pressured to make the choice that day, but instead stayed politely in contact with us over the span of 2 months before we were ready. The day I came in to make the purchase, I was again made to feel welcome and at home with every member of the team I came into contact with. "Would I like a coffee or water?" Everyone was happy, and praised their role there. My experience at Kia like no other dealership experience in Nanaimo, where I felt pressured and undervalued. Clearly the members of this team enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend Cameron as his product knowledge and candor interactions were of utmost quality. Went above and beyond with service I bought a used truck from Harris Kia and dealt with Ryan Biggs and John Eivindson. John gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and was extremely professional. I've dealt with many different dealerships and often feel stressed during the buying and negotiating process. John made me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. I had arrived at the dealership late in the evening and both men stayed far beyond closing time to ensure my truck was filled with gas and that I had insurance. They also delivered winter tires for the truck within the following days. I would definitely deal with this dealership again and recommend it highly. More

Above and beyond! I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business and travel upwards of 350 km a day....I do an oil change roughly every 5 weeks. Mike and Colby and the rest of staff have been absolutely awesome to deal with. They know I rely on my vehicle and are more than accommodating in squeezing me in and getting me on my way with the peace of mind that the service was done right. All in all I really haven't had to do much other than regular maintenance until recently. I have 406,000 km and needed my clutch and brakes done, they gave me the quote for labour and threw in the clutch at no charge for being a great customer! UNBELIEVABLE! My Forte has been an incredible little car and still runs like new thanks to the great people at Harris KIA. Thanks Again! More

Having just moved to Canada from Australia my credit was non-existent but Rachel figured out ways to make it work for me financially, Nicole is the best car salesperson ever (this is my fifth car bought from a dealership so I speak from experience) and Nicole and Mike even arranged to get my new car to my home in Cobble Hill. All my questions were answered in ways even I could understand and they were so patient and polite with me, even when I was cranky. I don't care where I live when my next dreaded car purchase inevitably comes around, I will make every effort to ensure I buy from here again. More

Just people who love cars and offered us a great deal with absolutely no pressure. John appraised our trade in. With a handshake proposal we returned in the morning to find everything ready and a finance manager who was prepared for us and an insurance person standing by.
