Buyers Beware Terrible experience at Harris Kia, after some haggling over the phone I had worked out a price with Scott. Price was agreed upon and we talked about what they were going to do to get the car ready for pickup and what ferry I was going to catch the next day as I live on the mainland. After talking with Scott I had two phone calls with the finance department where we talked about financing options and what kind of cheque they needed. Price, payment and everything was finalized, I asked the finance person if there was anything else they needed from me but was told we were good and I’d see them tomorrow. A couple hours later I received a text message from Scott saying the finance department had been trying to get ahold of me and since I’ve hey could not get a deposit they had sold the vehicle. I had zero missed calls or messages from anyone at Harris Kia and had previously been in contact with two sales guys Scott and Marcelo as well as a lady from the finance department, none of which had the courtesy to call or text. Scott didn’t even have the courage to call me and tell me himself what happened. Please do yourself a favour and be cautious dealing with this dealership! More

They let us decide what and how much would be done. No pressure. The loaned us a beautiful 2020 KIA Soul overnight at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the work done. Our old car is now a reliable vehicle. We can drive with peace of mind. More

I purchased a used KIA Forte LX that was one year newer, one model up, had less km and had more of the original warranty remaining then the other competitors in Nanaimo for basically the same price. Harris Kia also gave me the price I asked for without jerking me around like I experienced at other dealers. I highly recommend KIA and Roland Holland as your sales person. More

Great Service Department Since I bought my 2011 Kia Sorrento in fall of 2010 I have had my car serviced there, first because of the Warranty and when that expired I stayed be Since I bought my 2011 Kia Sorrento in fall of 2010 I have had my car serviced there, first because of the Warranty and when that expired I stayed because of the Service. Kolbi and Mike always answer emails and make appointments as quickly as possible and try to keep my costs down. During this very trying time of the COVID 19 crisis, Kolbi went out of her way to accommodate me in terms of being able to keep my isolating pretty much intact, and as a senior (who me?) I really appreciate it. I know when I go there that the work is done well, and they stand behind it. I really thank them for that and it deserves a good review. :) More
Alison and Victoria were great, but I hoped to be not rushed to achieve the new car or trade. I could have chosen to contemplate longer, but you know things happens with no break. Great sales people to assisted me, but now so sure about 2020 KIA SOUL for the value. To me it was ok trade deal for the transitional period between small car to full size SUV, but not quite happy with the new features! Heated seats and handle are awesome, but too hot! The audio screen and the controllers are still located way to lower than eye level for safe drive. Since KIA belong to Hyndai now, I wish KIA can use Hyundai’s monitoring system. More
