I won't shop anywhere else! I had been out all week to different dealerships with a certain type of vehicle in mind. Everywhere I went I felt the sales-y personalities, trying to convince me to test other cars that I wasn't really interested in. I pulled into Great West (was going to drive around the lot to see if I could find what I had in mind...so I didn't have to talk to anyone again). Clint was out of the building before I could even window shop, so instead I parked my car. To my surprise he was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I told him I already had a vehicle in mind that I had seen on the website. A 2016 Jeep Patriot anniversary edition. The preference of course is to sell from their own lot, but I didn't feel pressured. They didn't have that model on site, but quickly searched for one and found it. I was shopping with my daughter and grand daughter. (it makes for a little extra work with a baby) He didn't mind that we had to load a baby and baby stuff into the test car. It was also my first time car shopping without my husband present. We made the whole deal, husband came by and signed the papers...bam, new car. I received exactly what I wanted for my trade in with no back and forth offers. And my new vehicle is awesome and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Clint. More

A very good overall first experience with this dealership. I have been looking at buying a new truck and had done a fair bit of online searching. He was able to provide me with a price quote, via email, on the truck I was interested in. I came into the dealership on no notice, on a Sunday afternoon, and Shawn was able to make himself available, despite having to work around another appointment he had scheduled that day. As it turned out the truck I had inquired about online was no longer available, but Shawn was able to find an alternative that matched the one I was initially interested in in every way. To this point my experience with the staff at Great West Chrysler has been a very positive one and I look forward to finalizing the deal in the next day or so. More

Shawn Shute is the kick-xxx rock star of car sales!!! I started off looking for a bigger vehicle for my growing family by emailing 4 or 5 dealers in Edmonton area. So 2 of them never got back to me. 1 of I started off looking for a bigger vehicle for my growing family by emailing 4 or 5 dealers in Edmonton area. So 2 of them never got back to me. 1 of them answered but apparently was not caring too much about the sale. And another one was Shawn Shute... Shawn got me good price right away. He answered all my questions with in an hour or less by email. Email was super convenient to me as I was busy at a work training session. He seemed impartial, open and was looking out for my interests. The only day I could come get the vehicle was Saturday. Shawn was off on that day BUT he came to dealership and stayed with us throughout the whole process of test-drive, decision making and financing... about 5 hours... on his day off... on weekend...!!! So that was unexpectedly awesome. Also I was with all my family (it was weekend and of cause everyone wanted to come and get new car!) and... it was no problem at all. The dealership has the kids room with a bunch of toys and a small cafe where my family was fed lunch on the house!! Pretty awesome! We came to pick up the new car couple days later. Shawn spend time explaining some features of new car, paired my phone to it, set up radio stations. Also my 6 year old daughter got a gift from the dealership - a nice fashion benny hat! She was very happy with that! I also got to meet Andy Savoury. Also a super nice and chill guy. You never guess how old he is! LOL Overall very nice experience buying a new car. First time I was doing it and got lucky to work with these guys. Thank you!! I definitely recommend!! More

Great place to browse full selection Clint was great very knowledgable friendly. Test drive made it easy to pick options I wanted! Wife even made Clint cookies when we picked up vehicle, now I never saw that happen before in 45 years of marriage!!!! My extra bonus was to install updated version for my phone to uconnect to give me full use of Siri hands free for texting email calendar appointments and everything else on my phone and that's called Siri Eyes on uconnect site. I went and received awesome customer service by the wonderful Eden Donahue. She was helpful and was even able to show me a vehicle from another manufacturer, which I didn't end up liking. She suggested a Jeep Cherokee as she thought it would match with what I wanted, it did and was great from the time I picked it up. Since that time I have gone back to school and was looking to trade in my vehicle, I got a call from another dealership and had talked to them. After talking to them I thought back to how helpful Eden had been and decided to contact her to see if maybe she could help me out. She did an amazing job helping me. She was able to find the trade in vehicle I wanted (another Jeep Cherokee) and make the whole experience great. Eden also has great manager that do whatever they can to help you where they can. All in all I would recommend Great West Chrysler and the staff there (especially Eden) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are friendly, helpful and provide awesome customer service. Great Experience! Shawn and my husband had a very good connection that my usually shy husband seems like he'd been friends with Shawn for years! The truth is he only me Shawn and my husband had a very good connection that my usually shy husband seems like he'd been friends with Shawn for years! Met with Shawn Shute the next day and explained I wan I contacted this dealership by internet .Got off to a great start as the response was immediate. Met with Shawn Shute the next day and explained I wanted to upgrade my 2014 Grand Caravan to a later model with a few more bells and whistles.After looking at both used and new and being informed of a financing offer on new 2017"s I decided on the latter and within 15mins he located one with exactly the options I wanted.At no time during the negotiating process was I made to feel intimidated and a mutually accepted deal was soon reached.Working with Mike Huffman in finance was equally comfortable and productive,like Shawn he listened and gave his all to accommodate me.
