Mike Feth the Manager of Parts at Great West graciously provided a number of clothing items which proved to be very popular silent auction items. I was really impressed with Mike's pleasant manner and Great West's generosity to this worthy cause. I love my Town and Country van and I will remain a loyal Great West customer. More

When I came in to take it the following day, she was in the middle of dealing with another customer so Andy swapped my plates, ran me through a more in-depth description of the features and sent me on my way. I appreciated that Eden didn't drop her current customer to deal with me (I had shown up about half an hour early) and liked the seamlessness with which Andy took over. I won't shop anywhere else! I had been out all week to different dealerships with a certain type of vehicle in mind. I pulled into Great West (was going to drive around the lot to see if I could find what I had in mind...so I didn't have to talk to anyone again). Clint was out of the building before I could even window shop, so instead I parked my car. To my surprise he was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I told him I already had a vehicle in mind that I had seen on the website. A 2016 Jeep Patriot anniversary edition. The preference of course is to sell from their own lot, but I didn't feel pressured. They didn't have that model on site, but quickly searched for one and found it. I was shopping with my daughter and grand daughter. (it makes for a little extra work with a baby) He didn't mind that we had to load a baby and baby stuff into the test car. It was also my first time car shopping without my husband present. We made the whole deal, husband came by and signed the papers...bam, new car. I received exactly what I wanted for my trade in with no back and forth offers. And my new vehicle is awesome and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Clint. More

A very good overall first experience with this dealership. I have been looking at buying a new truck and had done a fair bit of online searching. He was able to provide me with a price quote, via email, on the truck I was interested in. I came into the dealership on no notice, on a Sunday afternoon, and Shawn was able to make himself available, despite having to work around another appointment he had scheduled that day. As it turned out the truck I had inquired about online was no longer available, but Shawn was able to find an alternative that matched the one I was initially interested in in every way. To this point my experience with the staff at Great West Chrysler has been a very positive one and I look forward to finalizing the deal in the next day or so. More
