We had a great experience with Brook- she didn’t pressure us at all and went above and beyond doing research on the 12 cars I wanted to weed through. Brad gave me a hand with getting onto the charge station, when I first pulled up there was a vehicle occupying it. He texted me the minute it left and held the spot for me.
