Recently my family just purchased our 5th vehicle from Gorrud's. Unlike other used car dealers, Gorrud's is staffed by people who are customer driven. They have vehicles to fit every need, at fair prices and with an excellent warranty. Their finance people work with you to get you the lowest rate possible. They offer warranties and other add-ons just like other dealers but never push them on you. The trade in values they offer are excellent. They make buying a vehicle hassle free and comfortable. The service was excellent. Our salesman, Eric, demonstrated how every gadget on the car worked and explained the extra service that the company offered. I had lost my spouse in May and Ziggy made me feel respected and important. He made feel like I was number one in this trying time in my life. He answered all my silly questions and if he did not have an answer he told me and found the answer. As a widowed women I would recommend this dealership. I just had my first oil change today and was treated again like I was important. Thank You Rika More
Friendly and helpful I was a little sceptical before I went into the dealership for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the sales representative. I can back with my family the following day. He was busy but still found time to help us with our requests and went above and beyond what I expected. We looked at over a dozen cars and several cars for a second time. There was no pressure to buy and they gave us time to think about our decision. We came back then next business day to finalise the sale and take home the car. I would recommend the dealership and highly recommend Ziggy the sale rep who helped us. More

The prices looked amazing, and were around my budget. So I thought I'd make a trip out one Sunday just to test drive a few cars. I've heard them before from a friend and my boyfriend who bought a used Chrysler 300 when he moved to Milton a few years ago. The second I walked into Gurrod's, the customer service I received was amazing. I was introduced to Mike Jurj who would be assisting me. He instantly made the process way more enjoyable and my stress levels went completely down. He made me feel comfortable and there was NO rush to try and sell a car the minute I sat down. He was very accommodating, down to earth, friendly, knowledgable, and has a great sense of humor. He went over and above and answered ANY of my questions honestly. The office is very clean, and the location is very convenient with a variety of cars. The Rewards Program is awesome! I would definitely recommend Gurrod's Auto to friends & family. Hope to do business with Mike again in the near future. He is the best!!! More

This is my second purchase and in both cases, staff have been friendly and helpful in the selection process and the vehicle has always been in the best possible finish when the keys are handed over. In this connection Mike Jurj spent a great deal of time with us. So did Danny De Melo. Mary Feenan was of course to the point, as one would expect and highly professional too. Coming from out of town, the fact that they are open on Sunday made it easier for coming to view and test drive vehicles. I would certainly recommend Gorruds and do business with them again! More

Before I visited Gourds Auto, I went to multiple Toyota and Honda dealers. Among all of those dealers, Gorrud's Auto would be my number one choice. ***I loved there 30 days warranty and exchange policy. It gave me peace of mind. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. More
Bad experience with dealership rectified by Sales Manager We lived in Pickering but went all the way to Milton because I saw the great deals, good pricing and a wide selection of cars that Gorrud's Auto Group We lived in Pickering but went all the way to Milton because I saw the great deals, good pricing and a wide selection of cars that Gorrud's Auto Group is offering. We chose a low priced car because of tight budget but according to the financial rep it should be a higher amount to get a lower rate from the bank, so we were offered the warranty to increase the amount. We took it because we needed very badly another car at that time and anyway the dealership has this 30 day exchange policy. Before the 30 days we decided to exchange the car to a higher priced car and cancel the warranty. If we are to pay more it is better that we are paying on the value of the car and not on the warranty. We had the exchange but didn't really get the car that we wanted because again according to the financial rep, we have to get this year and only this kilometer run. After three months we had the opportunity to pay in full our car loan. We realized the car we have is not worth the money we paid, everything was screwed up because of the warranty, which by the way we still haven't received the refund. I wrote a letter to the manager stating the bad experience we had with the dealership and that we are not satisfied customers because of what happened. I immediately got a call from the manager and we had a discussion of what happened. He apologized for the misunderstandings and told me to update him on the status of the refund. Its not only the refund but our dissatisfaction with the car that we have so I wrote another letter. Within an hour I got a call from Mr. Danny de Melo, we talked and he offered to exchange the car and for us to get the car that we really wanted. We chose from their inventory and saw one that we really liked and we think is more worth the money we paid but is at the same price with the one we currently have. So within 3 days after that second letter we had the car that we really wanted without paying another centavo. Thanks to Mr De Melo for his quick response to our complain that we now have the car we need, want and is worth the money we paid. Mr. De Melo is a true manager that looks after the satisfaction of their customers. His quick action and good judgement rectified all the bad experiences we had before. More
