From the time I walked in the door the customer service was exceptional. Mike Jurj went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. He even helped me research which car seats would fit best into the vehicle I chose! When it came time to head over to the finance department I met Kevin Ryan who made my whole experience even better by setting my mind at ease and making the process quick and painless. I will definitely reccomend Gorrud's Auto to any friends or family looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

We ended up having an issue with the vehicle we purchased an hour within leaving the dealership but Steve took care of it right away and emailed us at 7am the next morning. The issue was rectified immediately and we were given great service. However the service provided by the financial rep failed, I think if we had purchased the warranty she would have taken the time to go through (i) the terms of our financing in detail such as what bank approved our loan or what day we wanted to start our loan repayments on; or (ii) offer us the option for rust proofing on our vehicle. Personally I think she could have cared less to take the time to properly explain these things because we didn't go for the warranty. The only other feedback I have is when a car is being cleaned for the new owners, they need to go easy on the armoral, there was a lot of grease mixed with dust which wasn't pleasant and I needed to clean the car over myself. Besides that's good service overall. More
