Amazing all around experience. We have purchased a car there years ago and were now looking for a newer, more reliable vehicle. We hooked up with Ron Marlow. He was very helpful and We have purchased a car there years ago and were now looking for a newer, more reliable vehicle. We hooked up with Ron Marlow. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had our eye on a nice lower priced Corolla. During test driving, we noticed some issues, noticeably a persistent vibration at highway speeds. We did purchase the vehicle, as they balanced all tires, serviced and ground the front rotors, and did their full inspection. On driving it home, we noticed that the vibration was still there. We came back the next day, and service re-balanced all wheels. As this was my wife's car I was concerned that the vibration would only get worse. After driving for 1 more week, things got worse. The front window was so badly micro pitted, that when driving into direct sunlight, the windshield had so much glare that you could barely see through the window. I had to come to a complete stop after turning into our roadway. We then decided to take them up on the 30 day, 2500 km exchange program. There was no hesitation in doing that for us, and no further questions asked. Problem was that we wanted a standard, and none were currently available in our price range. Fortunately, at around 21 days, a few came available. We then purchased a year older Honda Civic, which was fully loaded, and in mint condition, with no vibration, and a clear windshield. They even allowed us to keep the Corolla a few days over the 30 days while they got the Honda ready. Thanks to all at Gorrud's, especially Ron Marlow, and Ilir Shoshi, who helped us get into the Honda while Ron was on vacation. More
