What really impressed us at first was the genuine concern for getting us the right vehicle for us - no pushy sales AT ALL!!! No one is perfect but our experience is when there have been little hiccups Gorruds stands by their commitments and makes things right. My husband, son and father have all bought cars from Gorruds and I just recently bought my 4th used vehicle. Don’t worry – 4 cars aren’t that many over 15 years when you consider the first one went on to be my daughter-in-laws car when I bought a bigger model, and the 3rd was a replacement for the 2nd vehicle that wound up being written off after a serious accident. The car wasn’t ok…but we were! Thanks to Gorruds the weekend after the accident they had taken great care of me and had me in another high quality vehicle. But what makes our loyalty truly unique is that 10 years ago we moved away from the Milton area - far away - 7 hours away - to Northern Ontario and I still count on Gorruds. The last two cars I bought we completely finalized by internet and phone. I would only be comfortable making such a large purchase totally sight unseen with people I have complete trust and faith in. I would rather continue to deal with people who have never let me down 7 hours away than risk trusting someone I have never dealt with before. This past weekend I drove the 7 hours and picked up my new vehicle....ready and waiting....no surprises...and turned around and drove 7 hours back home the next day. I am delighted with my new purchase. Eric Hopkins is the product advisor that we have dealt with over all these years. He is warm, friendly, and conscientious and could teach the course on delivering excellent customer service. In many ways he feels like part of our family. I did a detailed price point review of similar vehicles for sale in the GTA. The price they offered was one of the lowest I saw. Their policy of listing their "Best Price Available" takes the stress out of buying a car. Why go somewhere else and try to negotiate "back and forth" a deal, when Gurrud's offers the best deal they can. I saved about $10,000 by buying 1 year old instead of new. Trade in was valued at a very fair rate. My Salesman Scott, and Sales manager Danny made the whole process very simple. Worth the drive from Burlington. More

In responding to an AutoTrader ad I received an immediate email reply. The salesman Steve Walker was totally upfront in revealing the full history of the vehicle that we purchased. The limited warranty provided a further level of comfort in the purchasing a used car. At every level in dealing with this dealership I felt they appreciated and respected me as a customer which is something we don't often find today. From the first warm and inviting call with receptionist Joan to my final dealings with their Financial Services Manager Mary Lynn Freeman they made me feel like my business mattered. More
