Was talking with Marcey (National) to let her know I needed to get a smaller car....she referred me to Jason Marimla who contacted me to ask me what I was looking for which included size and price. I explained I needed a smaller car and he recommended I come in but sent me an email as suggested cars to look at before I came in. Jason sat down with me when I came in to explain the difference between cars the fit my liking and budget. We walked the parking lot and Jason spoke to me in terms I could understand and test drove a couple of cars. He presented me with information on ratings of cars and explained the difference between the cars I was looking at. Went back the next day to purchase my Ford Edge.
