Buying a car - how it should always be We just picked up our new Forte Koup T-Dti from Georgetown Honda. LOVE the car (only had it less than 12 hours) but also loved the experience in deali We just picked up our new Forte Koup T-Dti from Georgetown Honda. LOVE the car (only had it less than 12 hours) but also loved the experience in dealing with Georgetown Kia. We were looking to replace our old car and had visited a number of dealers as we explored what would be the best option for us. As we left each dealership we had commented on the staff that we had encountered and had made various comments about whether we wanted to do business with certain individuals. After our initial meeting with Shondell and then introduced later to Sean and Len, we both very quickly stated that "this" is where we could do business. From the initial meeting to the close of the deal, Shondell, Sean and Len kept us informed and answered all our questions whenever we needed a question answered. We were made to feel very comfortable as we talked through the deal. I had never dealt with Georgetown Kia before but I would 100% re-visit when we need to make next purchase and would highly recommend anyone to pay a visit if you are contemplating the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Another deal and fantastic help and service Recently I traded in my 2012 Rondo for a 2014 Kia Sorento and I wrote a review for that, as it was a very positive experience working with Mike and Ni Recently I traded in my 2012 Rondo for a 2014 Kia Sorento and I wrote a review for that, as it was a very positive experience working with Mike and Nick once again. Well, once again they helped my family and I out, by helping my mother purchase a slightly used car to replace her 11 year old Chrysler Intrepid. Mike was great with helping my mother get a loan for a 2012 Rondo, and not only did she get a good deal, she got MY old car lol!! Not sure how many times this has happened but, it worked out perfectly in this case. My mother always said that she really liked my Rondo when I had it, so about a week after trading it in, she wanted to look into getting something new or newer than her 2003 Chrysler, and we found out that my old car, the 2012 Rondo was still there, so we went in to talk with Mike about possibly getting a vehicle and loan approval for my mother, and he once again worked hard and got her the car she wanted. Mike is always super positive, a good listener and really zeros in on what your goals are, asks a lot of the right questions and works his tail off to make the deal work, and so far, he's two for two with our family. It's always a pleasure to deal with Mike, and in the end, bottom line is, he gets it done, and makes things happen. Thanks again for all your hard work Mike, and Nick who also helps with the financial end of things and together they've gone to bat for our family and hit a home run each time. My Renewed faith in Georgetown Kia! Never in a MILLION years did I think I would ever be singing the praises of Georgetown Kia… but I guess that’s why you never say never! I decided to “ Never in a MILLION years did I think I would ever be singing the praises of Georgetown Kia… but I guess that’s why you never say never! I decided to “look into” a trade in offer I had received for my 2010 Kia Soul. I was VERY reluctant due to the INSANE amount of drama that I experienced last time with this dealership. This time I started gathering information by email with my salesman Brian (Penner), he was very nice, professional and answered my questions. With all my events going on at the time I started the process I had to hold off on even coming in to look at cars for almost 3 weeks… but Brian was patient! When I finally had a free day to come in, it was Brian’s day off but he still came in! I told him about what a horrible experience I had previously so that he would understand my hesitation to purchase again from that dealership. He was shocked when I gave him examples of how I was previously treated. He immediately apologized (though he had nothing to apologize for) and he then let the manager know who also came over personally apologised and let me know that they are now under new management (you can tell by the atmosphere and how kind EVERYONE there is!) I felt comfortable and excited this time around. They all worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford and not once did I ever feel pressured to purchase which was probably the best part. I can’t believe the difference in my experiences with Georgetown Kia, it’s like I went to two completely different dealerships the most recent obviously being the best experience I could possibly imagine! I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2014 Kia Soul with an interest rate less than HALF of what my previous one was not to mention to be getting into a brand new car! Thank you Georgetown Kia I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! More
