Samantha McKay was knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I think I t I am just so impressed by the professionalism of all the staff at Frayne's Toyota. Samantha McKay was knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I think I test drove every vehicle on the lot!). My experience was positive from the minute I walked in the front door until that exciting moment when I drove my new Corolla off the lot. And Wayne Bowron made the financial part of the deal seamless. Thanks for making what sometimes has the potential to be a stressful decision, completely stress free! Failure to fix my brakes... even though they had the car for 1 week...5 trips to Exeter at my expense(250 min driving) Failure to provide good service...Ter to fix my brakes... even though they had the car for 1 week...5 trips to Exeter at my expense(250 min driving) Failure to provide good service...Terry in service hangs up on me Failure to provide good after sales service...4 months and I'm doing a brake job Failure to come to an agreeable solution to the problem...lots of blaming/excuses but no solutions I took my car to Real Toyota mechanic and and it was fixed in less than 1 hour Failure to retain any of my future business...and likely friends and family More

Toyota Tundra Just keeps on going...and going...and going! GREAT Dealership full of GREAT people! I bought my 2008 Toyota Tundra Crewmax from Exeter Toyota and I love it. Terry keeps you coming back for more! We have been a one car family since we both retired 3 years ago. We had never owned a Toyota before. We saw a great deal online for an almost new Ven We have been a one car family since we both retired 3 years ago. We had never owned a Toyota before. We saw a great deal online for an almost new Venza. That's when we met Terry Hoffman, Salesman. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable; he knows his cars. No pressure whatsoever. Dealing with Terry is not like dealing at all, it's more like dropping in on a friend for a coffee and talking cars around the kitchen table. Needless to say, we bought the Venza. Recently we were in for service, and the Prius C caught our attention. We lead busy lives and decided to go back to being a two-car family again and knew exactly who to call. Once again, Terry and Wayne Bowron took good care of us. Also, every time we go for service, we are taken care of promptly, with respect and courtesy. Dave leant us a loaner to go for lunch while he serviced our car. From top to bottom, the team at Exeter is hands down the best dealership we have EVER dealt with. More
