Dissapointed Have a tan colour floor console in a new van that has a greystone and black interior. Wanted a console in van and the van they had didnt have one but Have a tan colour floor console in a new van that has a greystone and black interior. Wanted a console in van and the van they had didnt have one but joanne said wouldnt be a problem. Well first console was from canadien tire that they layed in the van for us ti install. 2 screws to put in our floor! Well we weren't happy and then they ordered one from eBay! Wrong colour! Not happy! Friends and family are shocked that they would do that and advised us to contact chrysler canada. More

The parts desk were very helpful and sold me some standard wheel lug nuts and pointed me towards the service desk. they promptly removed and replace the nuts in the parking lot for no charge and sent me on my way a very happy customer. Great experience at Fraser I have been purchasing cars with Durham Dodge (Now Fraser) for about 15 years. Bought a van in 2014 from Joanne Pallis and she was superb. In 2017, b I have been purchasing cars with Durham Dodge (Now Fraser) for about 15 years. Bought a van in 2014 from Joanne Pallis and she was superb. In 2017, bought a 2017 van from Ken Frith. I can't say enough good things about him, including his honesty, integrity and humour. Yvonne Foster was also very good. I have noticed a difference in the dealership--after my purchase in 2014, things seemed to slide somewhat--especially in service. More
